Data We Collect

We collect your email address (for authentication), uploaded images (processed and discarded), and generated code (stored for Pro users' history). We track aggregate visit counts (no personal data).

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for authentication via magic links. We may also use it to send you occasional product updates, feature announcements, and offers related to SnapCode; you can unsubscribe from these at any time via the link in each email. Images are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and are not stored permanently. Generated code history is stored only for Pro subscribers.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy) and Anthropic for AI processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can delete all your data at any time from the app settings.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Use the "Delete my data" button in the app, or contact us at hello@snapcode.app.

Cookies

We use a single httpOnly session cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.
