By using SnapCode, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SnapCode is an AI-powered tool that converts UI screenshots and mockups into code. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic links for authentication — no passwords are stored.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use SnapCode to process images that violate intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Subscription and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €9/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds for partial months.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload and code generated from them. SnapCode retains rights to the service itself.
7. Limitation of Liability
SnapCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
